Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. This assignment is 13 weeks long, with nights, 36 hours per week, starting 10/26/2026, and a travel role.

The RN will work in Med Surg/Telemetry, requiring an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS, and 18 months of acute care Med/Surg experience. Other facility-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
