MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Bristol, Tennessee. The role features 36 hours weekly, 12-hour nights, and a 13-week duration with start date 10/19/2026.

The RN must hold an active license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience. Our client facility will determine additional requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures
• Attend to patients treated with pharmaceuticals to manage illness
• Complete assignments made by physicians
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments
• Administer medication
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff and physicians
