Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a night shift Medical-Surgical/Telemetry assignment in Iowa. The role requires an Iowa license (or compact), Epic EMR experience, 12 months of medical-surgical nursing with 3 months in the last year, and 3 months of travel experience within 18 months.

You may float to other units, work 4 shifts per week (48 hours), with a 13-week contract and must live more than 50 miles from the facility.

Qualifications

• Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• Floating to additional units and locations may be required.
• Travel only, local not allowed; live >50 miles from facility.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
• Proficiency caring for all patient types—a variety of medical-surgical patients.
• Experience with heparin is required.
• Recent charge or preceptor experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Telemetry monitoring is remote.
• Qualified to care for medical-surgical patients across units.
