Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Paducah, KY. Position covers 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, expected start on 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks as a travel assignment.

Requirements include an active RN license, accredited nursing degree, BLS, and 18 months of Med-Surg acute care experience. Client facility requirements may vary. Benefits and travel-related perks provided by MedPro.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
