Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Odessa, Texas. The role requires an RN with a Med-Surg background, BLS, and a minimum 18 months of acute care experience. Start date is 10/27/2026 for 13 weeks, with 48 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• 18 months of recent experience in Acute Care Med/Surg
• Degree from accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments
• Administer medication
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care
