Job summary

Olaro is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for Med Surg / Telemetry in Windsor, Vermont, starting 12/29/2025 for 13 weeks. Position requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts.

Travel employment, on-site assignment, offering comprehensive hospital-based care across adult patients with varied conditions and cardiac monitoring needs. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Manage IV therapies and wound care as needed.
• Support surgical recovery and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and aftercare.
• Detect early signs of deterioration and escalate promptly.
