Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Med-Surg RN for a 8-week assignment in Exeter, New Hampshire. The role requires Med/Surg expertise, 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights shifts, and active RN licensure.

The nursing professional will work in a Travel capacity with benefits including housing or housing allowance, weekly pay, and credentialing support. Agency support and patient-focused care are emphasized throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
