Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Memphis, TN. The role delivers high-quality patient care in med-surg and telemetry units and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to meet diverse patient needs.

Qualifications
- One year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
- Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document changes.
- Prepare patients for diagnostics and assist with procedures.
- Maintain safe, clean environment and infection control.
- Document patient information in medical records and coordinate care.
