Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing assignment in Bridgeport, West Virginia. You will work on a 36-hour weekly schedule with 12-hour day shifts, performing responsibilities across acute care Med/Surg and telemetry units.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg acute care experience. Travel reimbursement and housing options are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff and physicians.
