Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska. You will work 12-hour nights in a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit within a magnet and level II trauma facility, on a co-care/virtual nursing model.

The position requires AK RN licensure, BLS, 1+ year of experience, and comfort with higher patient loads and complex care. Flexible shifts, 13-week assignments, and travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid AK RN license in hand or pending acceptable for screening.
• BLS certification.
• 1 year of clinical experience.
• Experience with 5-6 patient ratios and charting in any system.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult and geriatric patients in MS/Tele unit.
• Maintain patient ratios and assist with admissions/discharges.
• Provide TEleservices support with co-care/virtual nursing model.
