Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia. The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, starting ASAP at a hospital in Morgantown.

Responsibilities include nursing care across MedSurg and Cardiac units, telemetry monitoring, and IV drips/titration. BLS & ACLS are required, with ability to turn patients and interpret telemetry strips. Travel RN status with housing and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• RN with Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS are required
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Ability to turn patients 10-12 times daily and titrate drips in Stepdown & floor settings

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to MedSurg and Cardiac populations
• Turn patients 10-12 times daily to prevent pressure injuries
• Titrate IV drips and manage heparin infusions as required
• Monitor telemetry and interpret ECG strips to assess patient status
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors to deliver seamless patient care
