Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Erie, PA. This 13-week contract involves Telemetry care for adult and geriatric patients with chest pain, arrhythmias, and stroke rule-outs. Expect 4×12‑hour shifts per week with rotating day/night coverage.

Requirements include an active RN license, ACLS/BLS, and ability to rotate shifts; flu and COVID vaccines are required unless medically/religiously declined. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with telemetry experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and float as needed.
• Compliance with flu and COVID vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult and geriatric patients in telemetry.
• Administer medications and titrate anti-arrhythmic drips as needed.
• Perform EKG interpretations and monitor telemetry readings.
• Manage patient assessments and vital signs; respond to changes in condition.
• Assist with procedures such as catheterizations, cystoscopies, and colonoscopies.
