ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med/Surg / Telemetry in Corpus Christi, Texas. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour days, starting 09/28/2026.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year recent med/surg experience and can manage 4-6 patient loads while delivering high-quality patient-centered care. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team, perform standard nursing skills, administer medications, and document in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• 1+ year of acute med/surg experience within the last year; 2+ years preferred.
• Travel assignment; able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assess patient needs.
• Perform nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion, and central line maintenance.
• Administer medications and document in the EHR.
• Communicate with the care team regarding patient status and plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and management.
