Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN travel nurse for Evanston, IL. The 12-week assignment offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts. 1–2 years of acute care experience is preferred, with ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required.

Telemetry skills and bedside care are essential. As a Tele Travel Nurse, you will monitor telemetry data, respond to changes, and coordinate with the medical team. TotalMed RN provides weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and benefits as part of its travel staffing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care experience.
• Active RN license in the United States.
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required.
• 12‑week travel assignment.
• 12‑hour day shifts, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor telemetry equipment.
• Interpret electronic displays and record findings; adjust care as needed.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
