Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Globe, Arizona. This role involves caring for adult patients on medical-surgical units with telemetry monitoring, working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state, BLS, and is willing to travel for a 13-week assignment with at least 36 hours per week. Flu vaccine and 100-mile radius rule apply.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Willingness to work in Meditech EMR environment.
• Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:6 on Medical Surgical units and 1:4 on Step Down units.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on Medical Surgical/Telemetry units with telemetry monitoring.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:6 on Med Surg and 1:4 on Step Down.
• Work 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Adhere to travel contract requirements and site policies.
