American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Tele position in Massachusetts on a night shift schedule. The role requires MA RN licensure and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The unit is a mixed Medical/Surgical/Telemetry 43-bed unit with a night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM and no on-call duties. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Cardiac dysrhythmia trained
• 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Mixed Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for adult patients
• 43-bed unit with expected patient ratio of 1:5
• Patient population includes CHF, pneumonia, chest pain, COPD, alcohol use disorder, GI bleed, bowel obstructions, and post‑op patients
• Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week (19:00-07:30)
• No on‑call responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to a mixed medical/surgical/telemetry adult patient population
