Job summary
A leading travel nurse staffing agency is seeking a qualified Travel RN for an Orthopedics Med Surg position in Billings, Montana. The candidate must have an active RN license and at least 1 year of specialty experience. This 13-week travel assignment requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. Benefits start on day one and include premium insurance and generous housing stipends. Qualifications
- Active MT or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted.
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Orthopedics nursing experience required.
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required — must not expire prior to assignment start.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Documenting nursing care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Executing delegated medical functions and reviewing therapy and treatment plans.
Skills
Active MT or compact RN license
1 year of Med/Surg Orthopedics experience
Current BLS certification
English proficiency
Education
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required; BSN preferred)
