Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for Med/Surg & Orthopedics in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The assignment is 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, starting 12/29/2025. AR or compact RN license is required, with 1–2 years of RN experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active AR or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience
• Current BLS certification required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the assignment location
• Candidate may not be employed full time elsewhere

Responsibilities

• Position is in a combination Medical Surgical unit
• Hospital setting caring for a diverse adult medical and surgical patient population
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical and surgical patients
• Team-based work environment in a community hospital setting
• Specific testing, forms, and checklist requirements will be disclosed during onboarding
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
