Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to orthopedic and medical surgical patients.
• Manage a patient load efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Follow unit policies and dress code, maintaining professional standards.
• Float to inpatient units, CCU, and ED to assist with patient care as needed.
