Acute care setting on a 29-bed Oncology unit (7th floor and outpatient), with travelers working the floor only
Patient ratios of 1:5, occasionally 1:6
Night shift schedule, 7a-7p, with every other weekend required
Uses MEDITECH EMR
Nurse aides on staff, typically 3 per day, and a dedicated charge nurse out of the staffing grid
Telemetry monitoring is centralized; reading strips not required
Floating is rare and limited to medical acute units
Holiday rotation required in line with staff schedule

Not eligible for placement if previously employed by the facility within the last 12 months
