Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. The 12-hour night shifts and 36 hours per week place you in an acute care setting caring for post-operative, trauma, and medical overflow patients.

Requirements include an active Illinois license or prompt application, BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience. EPIC training is provided; scrubs, housing options, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license or confirmation of application initiation (RN).
• Valid BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative, trauma, and medical overflow patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments with critical thinking and teamwork.
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, pain management, and telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical excellence.
