Qualifications

• 12 months of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Utah license or compact license required for submission.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across medical, surgical, high-acuity, rehabilitative, skilled, and pediatric areas.
• Unit care includes postpartum, neonatal to geriatric populations.
• Participate in shift rotations and holiday coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety across all assignments.
