Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Travel Nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Pulaski, Tennessee. You will provide high-quality nursing care on a Medical/Surgical unit, with a focus on geriatric and adult patients, in a fast-paced facility.

Position requires TN RN/LPN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 2+ years Med/Surg experience. Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly, travel employment. EHR Medhost, potential float to other units.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Tennessee.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• 2+ years Med/Surg experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient vitals and document in the EHR (Medhost).
• Manage post-op and acute care needs as assigned.
