Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to standards and nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment in clinical decisions.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments per policy, document changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to plan and implement patient care with safety and quality in mind.
