Responsibilities

Work 12-hour shifts on Med Surg, with 36 hours per week.
Float to other general medicine units as needed.
Self-schedule and coordinate with unit supervisor for scheduling, including 3-12s blocks.
Weekend work is every other weekend; nights may involve Fri/Sat/Sun rotations.
No on-call shifts; scrubs are uniform; orientation consists of 3 days with a preceptor.
