Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg for a Medford, Oregon assignment. You will float across Med-Surg units, furnishing skilled nursing care in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on patient safety and quality outcomes.

Shift is 12 hours at night, minimum 36 hours per week, and the role requires BLS/ACLS certification and an active RN license. Epic EMR experience is preferred and travel incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred; consideration for less experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within a Med-Surg float pool.
• Manage patient safety and quality care across units.
• Handle chest tubes, central lines, and heparin drips as needed.
