Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. Contracts are 14 weeks with potential extensions, offering weekly pay and Sanford benefits.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license, and at least 1 year of experience with travel experience. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Minimum 6 months of travel nursing experience.
• Live at least 60 miles away from the location applied for.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient education, triage and other nursing interventions.
• Practice within applicable nursing standards and ethics.
