Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. The RN will apply the nursing process to provide individualized patient care and collaborate with physicians and other professionals.

You will work across all phases of care, from assessment to follow-up, coordinating and educating patients, triaging needs, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, provide education, and perform triage.
