Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for Med/Surg on a 13-week assignment in St Johnsbury, VT. This role covers days and nights with 12-hour shifts and a flex shift schedule.

The candidate must have 3+ years of acute care RN experience, Vermont or Compact license, ACLS, BLS, and Meditech proficiency. Weekly pay includes a non-taxed stipend; housing is the traveler’s responsibility. Start date is 10/28/2026.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience.
• Charge RN experience preferred; may be asked to act as Preceptor.
• Must have current Vermont RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License.
• ACLS (American Heart Association) required.
• Meditech experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain current BLS certification during employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Care for a wide variety of patients and practice at the top of your license.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across the lifespan.
• Primarily adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing leadership, and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
