Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel assignment in Weirton, West Virginia. The role requires at least 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience and BLS certification, with EPIC EMR used on the unit.

You will work 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend. Starting ASAP for a 13-week assignment. Pay includes weekly wages and stipends; housing and meals may be provided.

Qualifications

• Active WV or Compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• Acute care Med/Surg experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments and medication administration.
• Coordinate with RT and PCT staff on patient care.
• Manage care on a Med/Surg unit with 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend.
• Support nurse navigators and ensure accurate charting in EPIC EMR.
