American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Travel RN for a Level I Trauma Emergency Department position in Worcester, MA. Active MA RN license and 1.5+ years ED experience required; 2+ years preferred. Evening shifts are 3x12s, 36 hrs/wk, with orientation exams and 26-week contract.

EPIC EMR experience preferred; certifications ACLS/BLS/PALS required; NIHSS/TNCC preferred. Local candidates within 200 miles considered at the listed rate.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license in hand required.
• Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of ED experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Level I Trauma Center experience required.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• Preferred certifications: NIHSS, TNCC.
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry.
• Skilled in respiratory care and management of ventilated patients.
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and emergency response.
• Experience in Psych/Behavioral Health ED settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care within a Level I Trauma Center.
• Must pass a telemetry exam during orientation.
• Must pass a medication exam during orientation.
• Orientation modules and annual completion are required.
• Accepts local candidates within a 200-mile radius at the same bill rate.
