Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an Occupational Health RN in Washington, DC. The role requires a DC license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent, non-travel experience, plus prior travel assignment.

The schedule is Monday–Friday days (7:30 AM–4:00 PM) with one weekend shift, and a total 8-week assignment. Local candidates within 60 miles may receive a lower rate.

Qualifications

• Active DC RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the last 7 years required.
• Must have completed at least 1 previous travel assignment.
• Two supervisory references required, including one from the most recent assignment, supporting at least 2 years of experience within the past 3 years.
• COHN certification, immunization skills, fit testing experience, phlebotomy experience, and drug testing/chain of custody experience are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities may include specimen collection (throat, urine, venipuncture), urinalysis, mask fit testing, and general occupational health assessments
