Solutions By Sanford is seeking an RN for weekend travel assignments at Worthington Medical Center in Worthington, MN. The contract offers 14 weeks with options to extend or move to another Sanford site.

Responsibilities include nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with collaboration across disciplines and patient education throughout care. Licensure, experience, and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; at least 6 months of travel nursing experience; live within 60 miles of the site.

Responsibilities

• Provide care using the nursing process across shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team.
• Educate patients and families as part of discharge planning.
• Triage and coordinate patient care within scope of practice.
