American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery at a Magnet Hospital in Morristown, NJ. Assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hrs/week, nights (3x12s) with no on-call. Active NJ or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS required, high-risk pregnancy experience, and a nursing degree. EPIC charting and collaboration with the care team are essential for safe, continuous patient care.

Qualifications

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies required
• Competent assessment and clinical skills across patient populations

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver individualized nursing care
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care and progress
• Provide patient and family education throughout the care continuum
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals, including use of two patient identifiers and safe transfer techniques
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with the care team to prioritize patient needs and ensure continuity of care
