Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery registered nurse for a travel assignment in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This 12-week contract requires a 36-hour workweek with 12-hour night shifts.

Active RN license (ID or compact) and at least 1 year of L&D experience are required, along with BLS certification. Pay package is based on night shifts with potential tax-free stipends and per diem.

Qualifications

• Active ID or compact RN license (ID or compact)
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification with no expiration within first 30 days of assignment
• Must provide valid US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• No gaps of 90 days or more in work history within last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Twelve-week contract assignment
• Care for laboring mothers and newborns during labor and immediate postpartum period
• Submit all required documents for consideration (application, SSN, DOB, license verification, references, certifications)
• Dress code and scrubs policy provided by hospital during orientation
