Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for Labor and Delivery in Odessa, Texas. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, with a 13-week assignment and a 10/19/2026 start date.

The RN will deliver comprehensive obstetrical care across antepartum, intrapartum and neonatal phases, while supervising staff and maintaining high clinical standards. Travel experience and strong critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
• STABLE certification
• Fetal Monitoring certification
• 2 years RN experience
• Prior travel experience required
• No local candidates will be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrical care in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal phases.
• Supervise staff and maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
