Job summary

VyTalent Solutions in Dickson, TN is seeking a Travel RN for Labor Delivery, 12-hour night shifts on a 13-week contract. LDRP experience and OB emergency readiness are required, with the ability to labor and recover the mother and transition the newborn.

You will deliver labor, delivery and postpartum care, monitor fetal well‑being, assist with procedures including C-sections, and work with a multidisciplinary team. Travel benefits and comprehensive pay packages available.

Qualifications

• Labor and delivery experience including labor and recovery of mother and transition to newborn.
• Experience with shoulder dystocia, PP hemorrhage, and OB emergencies preferred.
• Advanced skills: fetal monitoring education; inductions (Pitocin, cervidil). Certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring training.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care in L&D.
• Monitor fetal well-being through fetal monitoring assessments and interventions.
• Assist with procedures such as C-sections, circumcisions, intra-uterine monitoring, and assisted deliveries.
• Ensure patient safety through daily rounding and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to provide high-quality care.
