Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care L&D setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring women and newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor
• Administer medications and manage emergencies per protocols
• Educate patients and families throughout the perinatal period
