Job summary
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Thousand Oaks, California. The position runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, offering 12-hour day and night shifts.
A California RN license is mandatory to submit, with strong obstetric care experience and critical thinking skills. As a Travel RN, you will join HealthTrust’s network to support hospitals nationwide while delivering high-quality maternity care.
Qualifications
- Must have active California license.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
- 2 years of labor/delivery experience with fetal monitoring.
- Experience with C-Section Circulator and post CS recovery.
- Proficient in vaginal exams and labor support.
- Care of high-risk antepartum patients (gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes).
- Obstetrical emergencies including hemorrhage.
- Care of newborn in the first hour including initial breastfeeding.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
