Job summary
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, VA. The role requires active VA or compact RN license, BLS & NRP certifications, and intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certification within the past 2 years, with at least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week. Assignment includes lodging and meal stipends, with comprehensive benefits and US travel support.
Qualifications
- Active VA or compact RN license required.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
- Current intermediate AWHONN fetal heart monitoring certification within past 2 years required.
Responsibilities
- Labor, delivery, recovery, triage, antepartum care and C-section circulating responsibilities.
- Provide first-hour baby care and breastfeeding assistance.
- 24/7 in-house coverage by hospitalists, midwives, anesthesia, and neonatologists.
