Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel RN for Labor and Delivery in Corpus Christi, TX. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 7A-7P shifts. Earn a weekly stipend of $1,246 plus base pay of $27.00–$27.50/hr for 12h shifts, 3 days per week.

The role requires a BSN (preferred), TX RN license or compact, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, C-EFM or equivalent). Perinatal residency or recent perinatal practice is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
• Current TX RN license or Compact license required.
• Current BLS ACLS NRP certifications required (AHA only).
• DNF: AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC EFM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex perinatal nursing care.
• Administer medications and monitor for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about care plans.
• Lead or delegate to other care providers as appropriate.
