Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Ukiah, CA. The role requires 3 years of acute care experience and offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• RN with labor and delivery expertise.
• 3 years' recent acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and assist with breathing techniques.
• Assess cervical dilation and progression.
• Maintain clean and safe beds and environment.
• Assist physicians with delivery instruments and procedures.
• Provide immediate care to the newborn.
