Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN for Labor & Delivery in San Leandro, CA. The role offers a 13‑week contract with 36 hours per week and 12‑hour night shifts, requiring CA RN licensure and L&D experience.

Qualified candidates will have BLS and NRP certifications, Epic EMR experience, and a nursing degree. Travel and licensure reimbursements are included along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license at time of consideration.
• Minimum 1 year recent Labor & Delivery experience (within last 3 years).
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Labor and delivery unit responsibilities, including high‑risk deliveries.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12‑hour shifts.
• 13‑week contract assignment.
• Provide care for laboring women and manage routine and high‑risk deliveries.
• Orientation and support provided per hospital standards.
