Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking FirstChoice RN travelers for flexible, premium pay mobile assignments across locations. Shifts vary with travel opportunities and per diem options.

You will float within hospital settings across regions, bringing strong nursing practice to Med/Surg, Telemetry, PCU and others as needed. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in the state of practice, and 18+ months in core areas, with 2+ years for specialty roles.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including CCU, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply professional standards: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse practice settings.
