Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery on a 13-week travel assignment in Germantown, TN. The role requires a valid RN license and a minimum of two years in L&D, with BLS preferred. Shifts are 12 hours at night, with on-call duties and weekend rotations.

The unit operates as overflow post-surgical/observation care and may use a team nursing model with LPN support. Flex scheduling and credentialing compliance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TN or compact state complying with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience.
• BLS preferred.
• Willingness to work night 12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00).
• Travel experience required.
• Experience in overflow unit, post-surgical and observation care.

Responsibilities

• Work in an overflow unit handling post-surgical and observation patients.
• Operate under a team nursing model with involvement of LPNs.
• Be prepared to float to similar units as needed.
• On-call duties and weekend rotations are required.
• All requested time off must be submitted with an offer in mind; adherence to credentialing is mandatory.
