Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Austin, Texas. Shift: 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week with rotating weekends; no call requirements.

Unit specifics include North Austin Medical Center, 32 beds, high-volume Level IV environment, EMR Meditech, and a strong emphasis on patient and fetal monitoring with required ACLS, BLS, NRP and SVE competencies. Experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency.
• EFM and C-Section circulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate night shifts and days with alternating weekends.
• Monitor fetal status and maternal condition per protocol.
• Provide RN care with appropriate patient ratios on L&D unit.
