Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center seeks a Part-time RN for FirstChoice staffing. This role offers a 12-hour night shift, premium pay, and flexible scheduling within Trinity Health's mobile staffing program. Nationwide and regional opportunities are available.

Responsibilities include floating, applying nursing process, independent practice within licensure, and collaborating for quality outcomes. Requirements include RN licensure, 2+ years of experience, and the necessary certifications

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties.
Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
