Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- Current state nursing license.
- Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
- Degree from an accredited school.
- Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Responsibilities
- Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments.
- Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team, physicians, patients and families.
- Coordinate care across disciplines including transfers, discharges and referrals.
- Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture and condition.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
