Qualifications

• Outpatient infusion center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and infusion therapies per protocol.
• Manage ports and PICC lines with attention to safety.
• Follow USP 800 guidelines for hazardous drugs and educate patients.
• Provide education to patients and families; care for adolescents and adults.
• Handle daily census around 55 patients; participate in port management and injections.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team; onboarding modules during orientation.
