Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking RN travel nurses for assignments at Chamberlain Medical Center. Contracts run 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site, and weekly pay is included in the rate.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and teammates, patient education, triage, and care coordination across the continuum. An accredited nursing program and an active RN license are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumberedRN license in the practice state.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Contract length is 14 weeks with possible extension or site transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams for care planning.
• Educate patients and coordinate care across the continuum.
